1. Are the items in stock?
All items are available for made-to-order unless stated in stock. Kindly allow 4-7 business days for production time.
In stock items are ready to ship immediately and available for same day delivery.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once your order is completed and shipped, delivery usually takes:
- Metro Manila: 1–3 days
- Luzon: 2–4 days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 4–6 days
Note: Please remember to account for the 4–7 business day production time for made-to-order items.
3. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is not available. Full payment within 2 days of checkout is required before production.
4. Can I return or exchange my wallet?
As our products are handcrafted and personalized, returns or exchanges are only allowed if:

An incorrect item or personalization was delivered

The wallet has a defect or was damaged upon arrival (supported by an unboxing video)
Note: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
We cannot process returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or sizing concerns

Customer-submitted personalization errors

Items purchased on sale or at a discount
